Emerging ventures under VMI lacked distinct brand identities to communicate their unique purposes, resulting in diluted messaging and limited recognition within their respective audiences.
VMI operates as a master organization that incubates and supports mini-startups and initiatives across three main domains: service at scale, intellectual property & platforms, and community-driven learning. My work helped unify these diverse entities under a coherent ecosystem, creating a structured and recognizable family of brands that connects people and ideas across the collective.
I designed and developed cohesive brand identities for multiple nested organizations under VMI, ensuring each had a clear visual and conceptual language that reflected its mission while remaining connected to the parent company.
